GP SIFT™ lets customers select the type and level of support that best meets their needs

Silver

Support services and software updates are available to all customers who have subscribed to the Software Maintenance Program. Subscribers are notified about new software updates via email and support applications.

Gold

For an additional cost, customers can call upon GP SIFT’s knowledgeable support staff to help them with any support requests at any time, including weekends and holidays

  • Live on-line support through “Chat” type service
  • Phone support during business hours.*

Platinum

At the Premier Support level, customers have the ability to customize their GP SIFT Customer Service experience with an enhanced level of support - from an Installation/Configuration Specialist for installation and upgrade support services.
